Who we are...
Muna College of Education (MCoE) is established by Dr. Rahman's Trust, Parangipettai
The college is being started during the year 2010 with an excellent infrastructure for innovative and quality education for B.Ed.,course. The institute will focus on tasks like In-plant visit, Seminars, Paper Presentation, Staff Training Program, English Communication Program, NSS besides acquiring good results & placements.
Consistent with the high standard of excellence aimed by the college, the faculty consists of a team of carefully selected and highly qualified and dedicated persons, who have a proven record of meritorious accomplishments to their credit. Every Saturday Laboratory sessions will be given utmost importance at this College. All the students are expected to be regular and learn the practical aspects of the subject for commission purpose and develop necessary skills to become professionals.
In order to facilitate interaction among the students and develop team spirit, the students are expected to carry out experiments in groups. The students should come prepared for each laboratory class.
Library:
The College has an excellent library that serves as a knowledge resource to the need of the teachers and students. The Library works for 6 days in a week Monday to Saturday between 09.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. There are a good number of books, and Educational Magazines will also be regularly subscribed. Lending of books will be done against library cards issued to the students and staff.
